Fantastic career opportunity to join our Your Move branch in Hinckley as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator.

Our branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, motivated, driven and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build a successful career in estate agency.

Previous estate agency experience is not essential. We are much more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude, personality and transferable skills. If you have experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or another people-focused environment, and you are confident, personable and keen to learn, we would love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, so don't be put off applying simply because you haven't worked in estate agency before.

As a Negotiator, you will:

• Register customers and match them with suitable properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income through the cross-selling of additional services, including mortgages, conveyancing and insurance.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

• Good organisation skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team.
• Sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but potential and transferable skills are just as important to us as direct industry experience.

The role is predominantly office-based, with time spent out of the office conducting property viewings and other appointments.
